I called Aux Home Services for an issue with the electrical lighting in one of our bathrooms. They were on-time, quick, and efficient with their troubleshooting and analysis, then offered me a range of options which were reasonable. We will be calling again when we need them.

Aux Home Service is a fantastic company! We had the main water line break leading to our house. Cody Stone (who is an outstanding young man) responded almost immediately. The Aux team (Jeff Noland, Kevin Crowley and others with Cody Stone) turned off the water and spent the next three days removing rock and dirt to get us a new line. They even had to deal with the unexpected issue of the city of Vestavia sending us extremely high water pressure! They worked very hard and fixed our issues for the long term. I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Sweetest conclusion, they sent us cookies a week later! Aux is worth every penny.

From the first phone call to the final check out, everything was seamless. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly and was honest about what needed to be done. He was helpful, efficient and got my air conditioning repaired quickly. I appreciated the reliable and professional service and the price was fair. Service man (Christian Wade) was here for a regular HVAC check up covered by our AUX membership. He was courteous and efficient. After completing the check up, he gave us a quote for duct cleaning and replacing the intake register. We accepted the quote and paid 50% down. The date of the work is yet to be determined.
