I can't recommend Aux Home Services and Preston enough. We had an older home with tricky wiring, and Preston took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions patiently, and did excellent, careful work installing our new light fixture. My experience with Aux was excellent, start to finish. A neighbor recommended them. My initial contact and request for a service call was seamless. Tyler, the technician who visited my home (the very next morning) to service the water heater, did an excellent diagnostic, and reviewed the pros and cons of replacing the 12 year old water heater. I was living on borrowed time with the old unit. Tyler was very professional, made some improvements to the piping connections, and convinced me of the benefit of becoming a member in their annual service contract for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. He was in and out within 4 hours, including a trip to his warehouse for the new water heater. I highly recommend AUX Mechanical services!
