How often should I schedule heat pump maintenance?

We recommend twice a year—once in spring before cooling season, and once in fall before heating season. This ensures your system is prepared for the demands of each season and reduces the chance of breakdowns.

What’s included in a maintenance visit?

A tune-up includes a complete inspection of coils, filters, thermostat, wiring, and refrigerant levels. We also clean critical components, test performance, and identify any early warning signs of trouble.

Can maintenance lower my energy bills?

Absolutely. A well-maintained system runs more efficiently, which uses less energy and reduces your monthly utility costs. It also prevents small problems from escalating into major repairs.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes! Our maintenance plans include regular service reminders, priority scheduling, and repair discounts. It’s the easiest way to protect your heating and cooling system year-round.

Is maintenance required for newer systems?

Yes. Regular service is essential even for new systems. It keeps your warranty valid and ensures long-term performance and efficiency.

What happens if you find a problem during maintenance?

We’ll explain the issue, offer a clear quote, and provide honest advice on whether repair or replacement is the best solution. You’re always in control of the next step.

How long does a maintenance visit take?

Most appointments take about an hour, depending on your system’s condition. We work quickly while still performing a thorough inspection.

Do you service all heat pump brands?

Yes! Our technicians are trained to maintain all major brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, and more.
