My experience with Aux was excellent, start to finish. A neighbor recommended them. My initial contact and request for a service call was seamless. Tyler, the technician who visited my home (the very next morning) to service the water heater, did an excellent diagnostic, and reviewed the pros and cons of replacing the 12 year old water heater. I was living on borrowed time with the old unit. Tyler was very professional, made some improvements to the piping connections, and convinced me of the benefit of becoming a member in their annual service contract for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
