I had a new install that messed up from day 1, and continued to be a problem for a whole year. After several return service calls the unit still wasn’t quite right. Finally Eddie Jackson came out realizing, our frustration, he got to the bottom of it and found the problem and made it right. The techs that came out were all well mannered and patient and understanding. They worked hard all day to fix it. I want to recognize them and show our appreciation for their hard work.
