I can only speak for my experience with Nick as an employee of the company. My older house had multiple plumbing challenges where the plumbing parts needed to repair the leaks were for no name brand shower faucets. The only option offered by the 4-5 other companies I obtained estimates from was to replace the whole system with a new one. I was shocked when Nick informed that he could likely find the replacement parts needed at an unconventional plumbing supply store and not have to replace to whole plumbing system. Repairing the multiple plumbing issues was much cheaper than having to replace the the system. None of the other companies even provided repairing as an option! Shout out to AUX for allowing Nick the latitude to go out and search for the parts. I am thinking most companies would not have allowed the technicians the time to do that!
