Aux Home Service is a fantastic company! We had the main water line break leading to our house. Cody Stone (who is an outstanding young man) responded almost immediately. The Aux team (Jeff Noland, Kevin Crowley and others with Cody Stone) turned off the water and spent the next three days removing rock and dirt to get us a new line. They even had to deal with the unexpected issue of the city of Vestavia sending us extremely high water pressure! They worked very hard and fixed our issues for the long term. I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Sweetest conclusion, they sent us cookies a week later! Aux is worth every penny.

From the first phone call to the final check out, everything was seamless. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly and was honest about what needed to be done. He was helpful, efficient and got my air conditioning repaired quickly. I appreciated the reliable and professional service and the price was fair. I will definitely call Aux Home Services again for any HVAC services.

Adam Alexander is with AUX. He’s been out to our house several times for maintenance and repair of our HVAC system. He’s always so polite and thorough. Good on you, AUX!!!

Service man (Christian Wade) was here for a regular HVAC check up covered by our AUX membership. He was courteous and efficient. After completing the check up, he gave us a quote for duct cleaning and replacing the intake register. We accepted the quote and paid 50% down. The date of the work is yet to be determined.
