I had a very good experience. Cody replaced the gas Water Heater, expansion tank, lifted it up on a stand so it would be in code. He also had to adjust the gas and water pipes and the vent that attached to my ventilation system. He did this efficiently and left zero waste behind. He made sure I understood everything before I signed off. ALSO, I just had surgery and couldn’t use one arm, I asked if he’d mind putting on the outside faucet covers (x2) for the cold snap coming up and he didn’t mind at all. I would have understood if he had to move on to next job but he was happy to help. Just a good guy all around. I believe that AUX is lucky to have him on their team! And Casey in the office was/is easy to talk to and very patient. I appreciate her so much. Thanks AUX.
