I recently purchased a townhouse that was in need of some repairs and updates. I scheduled to have a plumber and an electrician from.Banks Quarles. Michael Rainey inspected my inoperable tankless water heater, and due to its age, determined it needed to be replaced. He also advised on having a surge protector installed since my home did not have one, and was likely the cause of damage to the water heater. Ted Green replaced several light fixtures and ceiling fans. A couple of electrical boxes had to be moved or added for the lights. Ted was also able to install the surge protector. Both Michael and Ted arrived promptly and were very professional and friendly. The plumbing and electrical jobs required several hours of work. The guys were patient and good at explaining the work being done. I would highly recommend having work done by either of these technicians.

Recently a storm took power lines down in my neighborhood, & ripped the meter & fuse box from the side of my house. Banks Quarles’ office person was wonderful, & got me scheduled asap, sent their electrician, Ted to assess the damage & help me get power back to my house. Ted rebuilt my service, handled getting the city inspector out to sign off on the work, & helped me deal with Alabama Power to get my power line restored to the house & turned back on. Ted went above & beyond to help me get my power back as soon as possible, he even helped me by getting into my garage to release the electric garage door so I could get my car out! He was so very helpful, polite, pleasant, & professional! He is a great ambassador for the Banks Quarles company! I cannot reccomed Banks Quarles highly enough! A hundred stars!😊

Seth, Dalton, Gator and Anthony spent all day at our house installing a new inside and outside unit. They were professional, respectful and efficient. Anthony cleaned our ducts without judgment (4 kids). Seth stayed late to be sure everything was functioning properly and pristine. He even loved on our attention needing puppy without complaint. They answered my multiple questions with enthusiasm. I 100% recommend! It was truly a pleasure doing business with this company. These guys are rare and this crew worked exceptionally well together.
